Beans and Zucchini are from the Valley Gourmet garden. Other ingredients are shopped for locally.


This amazing pickle takes time to craft as I can be very particular of what the texture and taste should be in a fine pickle. I’ve nailed this one as it’s a favourite for many of Valley Gourmets customers.

Valley Gourmet’s Piccalilli takes two months to cure. Like a great wine, the longer it sits the better the taste.
